THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS IN THE WORLD
The Dolomites, a worldwide famous mountain chain of unique beauty, rise in the North Eastern part of Italy. Thanks to the particular components of the rocks they are made of, the Dolomites are characterized by a spectacular visual effect. The 26th of June 2009 was an historical date for the Dolomites. On that day, in Seville, within the 33rd session, the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO inscribed the Dolomites in the lists of the ‘World Heritage Sites’.THE DOLOMITES AND THE FESTIVAL
